The Fishcube Customer Loyalty Program is operated by Fishcube Studio And Gallery Limited. By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The Program is only valid within Fishcube Studio & Gallery.
- The FishCube loyalty scheme can only be used when scanning the QR code upon visit to the cafe.
- 1 Stamp per any Hot Drink ordered. No other Beverage Items can be redeemed.
- Hot Coffee Items are limited to the following items: Espresso, Piccolo, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Mochachino, Long Black and Hot Tea. Alternative milks will be considered.
- A Regular Sized Hot Drink Item can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of eight (8) valid stamps, on the Loyalty Holder’s current or next visit at Fishcube. The Card Holder must forfeit the eight (8) stamps upon redemption.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
- Coffee Loyalty cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Loyalty schemes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty scheme to anyone else.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you via email.
- We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, you will be notified via email. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
